as a busy mother of three wonderful children, i think it’s important for us to remember to take care of ourselves. i opened unwind in 2023 with one primary goal: to create space for you to take care of YOU.
when you arrive, you will be warmly greeted with a personalized sign and the signature fresh, homemade unwind cookie. it is my passion to provide my clients with the relaxation and rejuvenation to help them shine from the inside out.
